CrossFit PPG was founded by a coach who was tired of watching people get hurt, plateau, or quit because the programming around them was built for someone else. We build every plan around the person doing the work.
Today, our Norcross location is home to a coaching staff that knows every member by name, and a community that shows up for each other as much as for the workout.
