CrossFit Classes in Norcross, GA
Your First CrossFit Class Is On Us.

CrossFit Classes
CrossFit PPG has been building this community since 2013 — every class is coached start to finish, with movements scaled to whoever shows up that day. Whether you're brand new or years into training, you'll work alongside people who know your name and your goals.
Classes combine strength work with varied conditioning, so you build capacity that carries into real life, not just the gym. Our coaches hold to real movement standards, delivered with the same supportive, no-ego coaching that drew our own owner into CrossFit in the first place.
Your First Class Is On Us
Drop your info below and a coach will reach out to get you into the right class.
What to Expect?
Show up 10 minutes early for your first class — a coach will walk you through the gym and get you set up before the workout starts.
Every class opens with a warm-up built around that day's movements, moves into skill or strength work, then finishes with a coached conditioning piece. Scaling is normal here — beginners and experienced athletes train side by side, doing the same workout at their own capacity.
You'll leave knowing exactly what you did, why it mattered, and a few new friends along the way.
Questions? We Have the Answers!
Do I have to be in shape before starting CrossFit?
Not at all. CrossFit is built to meet you where you are — your coach scales the weight, movement, and intensity to your current fitness level from day one.
Do I need experience before joining a class?
No — every class is coached and scaled, so first-timers and experienced athletes train side by side safely.
What do I need to bring to my first class?
Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and closed-toe athletic shoes. We'll take care of the rest for your first visit.

Do beginners do the same workout as experienced athletes?
Yes, with scaling. Everyone works from the same workout, and your coach adjusts weight, reps, or movement so it's appropriately challenging for you.
What does scaling actually mean?
Scaling means adjusting a workout's weight, movement, or volume so it's challenging but doable for your current ability — it's a normal, expected part of every class, not a lesser version of the workout.
Can I join if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
Talk with your coach before your first class so we can scale appropriately — many members train successfully around a wide range of conditions with the right modifications.
Is CrossFit PPG a good fit for parents and the 50+ crowd?
Yes — our community includes goal-driven people of every age and background, and every class is scaled to fit you specifically.
